Review by hotel critic
Rose Cottage Coniston was the perfect choice for our recent trip to the Lake District. the lovely big property provided ample space for our group, with a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking meals a breeze. the central location near shops and restaurants made it easy to explore the area on foot, and we appreciated leaving the car behind most days. The boot room was a great touch for storing our hiking gear after long days exploring the mountains or relaxing by the lake. the free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus for staying connected. Overall, Rose Cottage Coniston exceeded our expectations with its comfortable accommodations and convenient location. We enjoyed easy access to nearby fishing and cycling, as well as the beautiful garden on the property. We look forward to returning to this charming retreat in the future.
